Some tips: - Use a hard polycarbonate mold instead of a silicone one and make sure that it is slightly warm when you are first pouring the tempered chocolate into. - Scrape and tap the mold to get rid of air bubbles - Cover the mold while it is chilling in the fridge to ensure that moisture does not get to it while it is setting The chocolate in the video tho is really good, but these are just some tips in case others out there do not get the same results and are wondering what factors could help them :D
