Met Dom and his then wife (Lisa?) years ago in Orlando. I was getting hit on at the bar by some annoying guy and they noticed. Lisa leaned over and said... "If that guys bothering you come sit with us." They bought me a couple of drinks and had me laughing all night (his wife was hysterical too). Dom left me a couple tickets for his comedy show the next night and had even saved me and my date a seat at the table closest to the stage. Then he proceeded to pick on us thoughout his act. Most fun ever. What a great guy, a true old school professional and gentleman.

@@suecopening1514 No, it wasn’t me (I’m too polite for that sort of thing) but getting to spend time with Dom and his significant other.....what a silver lining, you lucky person!! I envy you. I’ve always loved his comedy and got to see him twice in Vegas about 20 years ago. It was a small venue inside of a casino and I got a ticket for the first show. He KILLED! Afterwards I went and bought a ticket to the second show and he was even funnier without doing any of the same material from the previous show. He is absolutely the best at what he does, and kudos to them for helping you out that night. What a great story!

My ex-wife and myself saw Dom when he opened for Cher at the Sands in Atlantic City in the early 90's , and have been following him eversince. He once gave us a signed picture after a show in N.j. We would meet him a the bar at the venue he was playing at and have a few drinks way before the show , he was very accesable to everyone , and easy to talk to .
