Wow. I find myself in tears as I watched the video and read the verses pastor John highlighted. Good, glorious tears of joy, reminding me of the goodness of God. I needed that. Thank you, Lord for pastor John. I have never seen those verses connected together like that before and my heart says “Yes!” to you, God. Jesus be magnified!

When David said that he would meditate on and read the Law, what exactly did he mean? The ceremonial laws? Or the entire Torah?
@AnnSmith3165 жыл бұрын
Law suggests God's Word. The totality of it not the OT laws.

Read Psalm 119 from start to finish. When you're fininshed, you'll have the answer to your question.

Two naked people in a garden with a talking snake! That is a Wonder! An army commander collecting foreskins to present to the King! I wonder if he had them gift-wrapped? A woman wanting men with genatilia big as a donkey! That makes me wonder!

I don't think anyone cares what mark twain thought and given the fact you've posted this same comment on several videos I don't think people are worried about what you think either.

@@HearGodsWord That is because the religion scam has brainwashed you to only care for any made-up statement that reaffirms your indoctrinated beliefs, and discard any truth that exposes the hypocrisies of your indoctrinated beliefs.

It's more likely because you don't have anything interesting or relevant to say 😂 I've disproved some of your claims so you might want to do some research.

@@HearGodsWord Let me know when you have the courage to be intellectually honest and admit the fact that Christianity needed reformation because it was made up by fallible humans, and not by the infallible timeless God religion has got you fooled with.

A man who lives in a fish for three days! A man who has 700 wives and 300 mistresses! A woman turns to a pillar of salt! Not to mention the parting of the Red Sea?! The lions who never harmed Daniel! AND All the miracles Jesus performed..Feeding the 5000 with a couple pieces of bread and a couple of fish! And putting spirits in pigs so they run to the sea and drown themselves! And i am sure there are more!

kathleen Wharton Some of the things you have mentioned are incredible but not the glories of Christ that John is talking about. Miracles of Jesus yes, the plague in Egypt yes and Salvation obviously and the Love, power and holiness of God. These are the Things that fill us with awe and renew our minds and spirits with fresh faith and worship to our great God.

Hi Kathleen You see sometime I make bread and I always wonder what the multiplicated bread would've taste like I mean its celestial bread after all 🤤🙋♂️

Aaron, very true. There is a difference between performing miracles and displaying God's glory.

Marty Blackman I was also pointing out that a man with lots of wives and mistresses isn’t necessarily God honoring.. I’m not even sure who that is.. Solomon?
@HearGodsWord5 жыл бұрын
Aaron yes, you're right, it was Solomon and it certainly wasn't honouring God. His marrying of foreign women caused him to turn away from God, and ultimately punished with the division of his kingdom on his death.
