I’m in state trooper, and occasionally I sit in the median in the school zone in the afternoons. It’s amazing how fast people go in excess of the regular speed limit much less when they should be doing no more than 15 miles an hour. most of the people are the parents of those very same children in those schools but they’re always in a hurry to pick up their kids. I show no mercy and give no warnings.

Dumbest thing I ever saw in a school zone was someone behind me passing me in a center turn lane when the second car behind me was a state trooper. I just pulled over and let him pull the other guy over.

@@Zaltic Looks like he's running a Stalker handheld Ka band radar. Detectors won't help as much against those unless you catch strays from previous cars - since they're aimed manually by the officer, by the time you pick up the signal he's already pointed at and locked you in. That and officers operating instant on radars while hidden are the hardest to detect with enough warning.

For viewers from outside of Florida, Sun Pass is Florida's electronic toll collection system. If you don't have a SunPass transponder on a motorcycle, the license plate has to be horizontal so that the Toll-By-Plate camera can read it correctly.

I have a Harley-Davidson 48 as well (the bike the last gentleman has) and it comes stock with a folding license plate bracket. I myself have made that mistake because I fold it and the foot pegs up whenever I store it in my garage. Things happen. Complacency makes you forget. Especially if you haven’t ridden in a while.

What I have learned from this channel is you can speed without any issues in Coral Springs, FL. The worst you will get is a ticket. Check out Pinal County- they arrest people who speed that excessively.

That's crazy to me that using your phone is not illegal at all times in every state. In Idaho, we're a hands-free state. I've seen so many people almost get in accidents or get in them because they're messing around with their phones. Their priorities in life are messed up. Nothing is that important that you need to be on your phone. Much less, it's so obnoxious to be sitting at a light have it change to green and have to wait for everyone to decide to get off their phones and start moving.

I got more traffic tickets when I was in my early twenties than most people get in their lives, one night I even managed to get seven. Not once did I argue or give a ridiculous excuse, I deserved every one of them. And I never sped in a school zone or in a residential area.

Little do these people know that have radar and laser detectors in their vehicles. Law-enforcement officers, or I should say traffic law officers do not drive around with her laser and or radar detector on. They only turn it on when they suspect someone is speeding and catches their speed. That is why having those detectors in your vehicle is useless, unless you were coming up to a camera or traffic enforcement camera.

I remember when Coral Springs was a nice luxurious city up there with Weston. Now it’s a dump, wild to see the police are prioritizing traffic infractions and not the actual crime, there is out of control drugs within the city. Unsolved crime is at an all time high. I looked it up. It'd the Florida version of a toll pass. The reason the plate being on it's side is a problem is the automated plate readers cannot read a plate on it's side. The Sun Pass means they're charged via an account vs an automated toll reader.
