I'm not sure about MPD, but Milwaukee sheriff do have some chargers. It's just that Milwaukee weather and roads probably won't favor the dodge chargers. The fords can go off-road and bear some of the terrible potholes.

Most times can't blame the police. Milwaukee is 270ish police positions short. The DA doesn't punish anyone to their appropriate conduct. The first two purposes of incarceration are protect the public, and punishment. Rehabilitation comes after that as far as a priority. The tune would be different if these people were released back into communities where the DAs and judges lived.
