It is too easy for a government minister to be in charge of a department or policy that he knows nothing about. It would not happen in the private sector.

They forcast energy bills to rise by 50% during this parliament how many businesses can absorb that price rise , and if they pass the price on to customers people won’t be able to afford to buy the products 🙄

This man is just stupid. So he he’s going to fine car companies for not selling enough electric cars yet is introducing a £2000 luxury tax on EV’s. He’s also demanding more people get back to work and going to cut sickness benefits but raised taxes for companies meaning they’re likely to cut staff numbers? Seems like he won’t be happy until there is record poverty.

Just think about this....The military vehicles will all still have to be internal combustion....There are no charging points on the battlefield so get that in your thick heads....Also batteries do not last long enough or have any where near enough range for commercial heavy goods vehicles....Miliband is off his head....

It always amazes me that these governments seem to think that there is a magic screen that stops the carbon from entering the particular area where you are trying to decrease the carbon emissions whilst other countries are increasing their carbon emissions. The answer to me seems simple, help these heavy emitters to decrease their methods of energy consumption. I am a British immigrant to Canada and our government imposes a carbon tax which goes up every year and which is ruining this once beautiful country. Our man at the head of this, I refuse to give him any publicity, made a speech basically saying that we should jeopardize our children’s wellbeing for a magical future somewhere where unicorns are frequently seen enjoying themselves in fields of never ending green. I left school in England at 15 years old and had a better education than some of these “experts”.

A two-day climate conference in Prague, organised by the Czech division of the international Climate Intelligence Group (Clintel), which took place on November 12-13 in the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic in Prague, “declares and affirms that the imagined and imaginary ‘climate emergency’ is at an end”. The communiqué, drafted by the eminent scientists and researchers who spoke at the conference, makes clear that for several decades climate scientists have systematically exaggerated the influence of CO2 on global temperature. The conference “calls upon the entire scientific community to cease and desist from its persecution of scientists and researchers who disagree with the current official narrative on climate change and instead to encourage once again the long and noble tradition of free, open and uncensored scientific research, investigation, publication and discussion”.
