You can pretend you have a 60 month loan car payment. Set up a savings account with no debit card at a bank that is in an area you don't go to. Make direct deposits as often as possible as if you are paying on a car. If you have a job have a payment the amount of a car payment taken directly out your pay to your savings account. In 5 years you should have the money.

Aging is a privilege. Be grateful - I am a 3x breast cancer survivor initially diagnosed when I was 32 - January 28, 1986 - the Challenge had just exploded when I walked into MD Anderson for the first time. Not a day goes by that I don’t thank the good Lord for allowing me to watch my son grow up. That being said, I’d still like to look a bit younger and would love for Dr. Truesdale to work his magic but it’s not the be all or end all. I am grateful to still be here.

Whomever had the idea to create your on show on YT is genius. People want to connect to the surgeon before deciding on who to do their surgery. Bedside manner is EXTREMELY important. I found you on IG, and have been bookmarking your work in my surgery inspo folder😂 I’m only in my 30s but I pray to God you’re still working when I get into my late 50s because I don’t want anyone else touching my face. As an AA woman, I rarely see doctors that really understand our facial structure. A lot of surgeons use European beauty as THE standard of beauty & end up trying to replace Afrocentric features to mimic. Not to mention your work looks NATURAL. IKR! Forget all this 'inner beauty and wisdom' cr*p-no one wants empty platitudes when they hate their sagging face. The only thing that actually makes most people feel better is surgery. Yet those who cant afford it are uncomfortable with how inaccesible it is to most, so they try to convince people that its just for the vain and shallow and that all they need is a pep talk about inner beauty. Or even worse, they demonise any woman who wants to look young as some murderous villain-there are so many film and TV series that do this-Dead Boy Detectives being the latest culrpit. The callous lack of sympathy for the woman who simply wants to feel good about herself is staggering!

There are several reasons why someone would be against plastic surgery, especially on the face. One of the reasons is the theory of the “uncanny valley”, it’s when something looks human but, isn’t.
