Nice job on your chair build and video. Look up Curtis Buchanan on KZbin, he builds Windsor chairs, mostly by hand, he has excellent videos on carving the sculpted seats of his chairs. He works out of a small shop in his backyard. I think he only uses 2 power tools, a lathe and a bandsaw. Anyone that looks him up will fall in love with the man and his chairs.

Penguins. Like the design and process. Liked how you controlled the carving. Good idea. The color isn’t as good as a natural, I think. The white downs out the grain too much. Penguin. I like your presentation, and I'm a fan of SketchUp. I like the templating methods, and your process is fairly elegant. Good use of space. I didn't like the white finish. White finishes end up looking dingy very quickly in daily use. I think it would have looked cleaner and warmer in a light golden or beige for the legs and stretchers, with a contrasting seat and back. Only a suggestion, and it kind of depends on what the rest of the room looks like, too. Interesting video, and I watched all the way to the end. One thing you can do to get around tripping the breaker is to invest in a large backup battery from ecoflow/bluetti/jackery etc. The larger ones output over 2kw constant and can output over 4.5kw for a few minutes. Anyway, if you plug the battery into your mains and then run your tools off the battery, it will act like buffer allowing your shop to exceed the breaker limit when it needs to.

IMO the back side of the seat should never curve upwards, but should always curve down. This to create a separation from potentially have your tailbones rubbing against the seat. This starts to hurt if one sitts for long periods. Maybe never an issue with this chair, I don't know but from experience chairs that don't have hole and just curve the seat to a back rest are the worst type.

What do you think of that delta bandsaw and where did you get the fence for it
@SpencleyDesignCo

Here the bandsaw fence: amzn.to/3gu29BI. As far as the bandsaw itself, it's decent. I wouldn't buy it again, but it's not bad enough that I feel the need to upgrade

Would a penguin ever consider making the matching chair sides without a template and router? No router table here.

If your breakers trip when you’re running only a single tool you have a problem worthy of an electrician. Your lights should NEVER EVER EVER EVER be on the same circuit as your outlets. Solve this and you’ll solve your overall problem

I love your projects and construction methods, but honestly your clickbait titles and lack of anything beyond "KZbinr personality/voice" is very offputting. What your doing right now is great for pulling in new people and views but I'm not sure its sustainable to keep around a core following. I don't think I'll be staying subscribed, but I'll check back occasionally because I believe you have potential to make a great channel. Penguin
