I like to think of bravery as a version of deep love of ourselves, others, and the world around us. It was hard for me to be brave today since I had my first PRP injections in my spine and it was the first very painful day and bravery is exhausting. It’s not that we don’t have a choice it’s that we love everything so deeply that there’s only one option, and that is remarkably beautiful. Rest is needed, defining our lives as people and not patients is hard. I know your tired of being brave sometimes and I am too but, I’m never tired of loving life as fiercely as I can and that makes a difference for me. Thank you for sharing! You helped me in my day.

Hello Mel Bell Hope you are doing well I injured my neck in February this year. I am just regrading now why I didn’t concern about my neck that I could be more careful as I have developed few issues regarding the injury. I twisted my neck very hard while lying on my stomach and injured my upper cervical area C1-C2. However when I been to the Emergency room with extreme pain I got X-ray and Mri but nothing was found. Still I am dealing with that that's why recently I got prolotherapy. I don’t know what's gonna happen in the future 😢😢😢😢 Hope you get better soon.

Actually after the 1st round of Prolotherapy feeling much better than before. This treatment actually worked. Hopefully I will get the 2nd round of Prolotherapy very soon. I got prolotherapy at Pro Health Clinic in the United Kingdom. Thanks
