This is why I'm thankful for people like you, because it is so easy to fall for these types of "supplements"
@matttaylor45452 ай бұрын
I’m not taking this specific brand, I started taking the Amazon brand because it’s affordable for me. I eat virtually zero vegetables and I’ve been that way my entire life. I would rather chew on TV static than eat them. So I started taking a greens supplement and it genuinely has helped me sustain my energy throughout my long days, a typical day for me is a 14 to 16 hour long grind. So far I’ve noticed a difference. If your someone like me that has virtually zero vegetables in your diet this can help you out, even if you just take half a scoop.

Thank you for this. The ingredients CAN make some people congested and produce more mucus. Glad to see an honest review on YT these days.

For people who struggle to keep a steady diet of foundation supplements and vitamins. This is a game changer. You need to look at product from everyone's viewpoint. Not just your own.

Thanks for your review. I’ve just ordered mine. I’ll see how it goes. That it doesn’t have a great taste it’s not important to me. Usually all the healthy foods are less tasty than the unhealthy foods. Not saying this is the way to measure its performance, but it is something to be considered. Yes it is expensive, and for that short of money it will have to do wonders for me to keep taking it.

I have been taking it for 15 days now, the taste is not as bad as you make it seem, especially compared to other “green” blends. It’s actually very doable. Also, I do actually feel a slight difference in how I feel, especially regarding the afternoon slump I normally have. I also don’t feel constipated or need to go to the bathroom more often. You seem very negative & biased about this product from the beginning.
@JustinDorff4 ай бұрын
Hey Wes, glad you're experiencing some benefits from it...for some reason it just totally jacked up my GI, so I couldn't get behind it. And yes, the taste isn't all that bad--like you said, it's doable. Tasted like apples and lettuce to me!

I'm currently on Day 8 for this AG1 product. Feeling a lot less constipated, find myself eating a bit less, the smell is weird but the taste isn't bad. The best thing i find to do is just downing the serving in two big gulps. There is nothing that is going to be good for you combined into one product that will taste great. It's just a fact. Most of these ingredients are very bitter so it's no wonder it'll never taste great. I like it a fair bit for the benefits i'm receiving.

Buy a juicer and make your own green fresh juice
@dans47864 ай бұрын
Bottom line: AG1 consumers pay 4x for the same as a regular high-quality whole-food multi. You’re paying for the same ingredients + their expensive ad campaigns and customer acquisition cost.

@chuckanois13012 ай бұрын
But how much time and effort does it save from, shopping, finding and then paying for the individual dozens of different veggies, then the time processing it into portions. Is it worth is then, when comparing the blend to shopping yourself?

Thanks for the review. I did the same thing, took it for 30 days. Tastes horrible. I ended up mixing mine with Apple Cider Vinegar and that improved the taste. I actually did notice better sleep, digestion and more energy on my runs after about 20 days. I decided to keep doing but I picked up a generic “me to” product that is like $16. I’m happy to say that I’m still feeling the same benefits. Maybe it’s all in my head but I actually do feel better. It’s been about 3 months now. I figure it can’t hurt. As long as I can keep getting the generic for $16 a month I’ll keep doing it.
@JustinDorffАй бұрын
Yea I would consider a $16/month vs $80...it's a solid multivitamin at the very least! Thanks for sharing!

What’s the brand name of the generic version you’re using??
@zoejefferycoaching4 ай бұрын
Thanks for the review. I think the only way to know is to take your numbers before and after. Most people are taking it to get a vitamin boost etc and not necessarily to feel better. A lot of people struggle to get in their daily requirement. I started taking it as switch from cheaper multivitamins. My biggest question is: Is it better than just taking a regular multivitamin and is it better than nothing at all? That's what's important for me.

For a while I've been contemplating on getting this. Not quite sure, though. One thing I have to say is that on average, humans are supposed to use the restroom 2 to 3 times a day. So it seems to be working in that field.

try 1/2 the amount daily.... so it lasts 2 months. you'd think 1/2 the amount would still have over a ton of suppliments.

If AG1 ingredients are legitimate and are what they say it is you should see improvements but before that there is a natural healing reaction i.e a detoxification that takes place that makes you feel sick like congestion, constipation, diarrhea and symptoms like what you felt ect.. You did guzzle it down like someone chugging beer, it's akin to scarfing down your food (not good)) length of the reaction varies depending on individual health status and what that persons diet is especially if its GMO heavy The taste should be grassy with a tinge of sweetness pending individual palette and diet and what you're used to eating, I'm an avid juicer (Kuvings) and having just tried AG1 for convenience and to test the product. I find the taste is a little "different" than fresh juicing but it def isn't gross. I'm interested to see what my results are after a month, but I naturally question any product's ingredients and if its truly a whole natural product especially during these times.
