Hey Summer! I use to have breakouts with my skin then I stopped eating nut products and my skin cleared! I ate some nut products again the other day and got a breakout again 😞 Try not eating nut products for a while and see if your skin clears up. I know it sucks cause I think you love peanut butter right? But yeah give it a try though! If it doesn’t help then cool cause you will be able to continue eating nuts!

You know the colostrum is breast milk right? Does everyone know this? Because I’ve just witnessed a couple advertisements about this supplement but they do not state in the advertisement that it’s literally human breast milk and I’m pretty sure it’s a huge flip flop from something being very taboo to totally healthy and wanted like a normal supplement…. I’m 26 years old and I think I’ve witnessed it all now 😂 most people don’t even know anything about the healing properties of breast milk like how it can heal open wounds! I’m here for the movement!
