This was such a fun video! The little handshaped clip that you bought is a glove clip. The little loop attaches to a handbag. Women would use them when regular glove wearing was still standard etiquette, so theycould clip their gloves out of the way while eating or powdering their nose.

12:47 As far as I know, that sort of clip was used to hold your gloves. With the hanging thingy you could attach it to a purse or a handbag or maybe a piece of your clothing aswell to keep your gloves close to you even if you don't use them

Florence is literally my favorite singer, celebrity and human being. I actually saw her live this year in June, and I just love the trend of dressing up for concerts, so I jumped on it for this occasion, I had a frilly seafoam green nightgown and made a mermaid inspired crown and accessories, honestly had the time of my life. These outfits remind me a LOT of when I went through my accidental Stevie Nicks phase in middle school. There is something that's just lovely about the flow-y fabrics and the swoosh of skirts and ridiculously long and sweeping sleeves. Sadly I don't have much to wear along those lines any more, but I do need to do a closet purge so maybe I'll treat myself with something swishy. So did you wind up listening to more of her music during this? I have been meaning to listen to more than the three songs I'm super familiar with (I actually have a list of musicians I want to try more of), as well as Hozier's new album (I feel kind of like there's some Old God/dess connection going on between those two). I definitely see a lot of Stevie in Florence’s the concert dresses for sure. I looked up some photos of her too when I was researching and I love love love her style. I actually listened to Florence for the first day or so then fell down a filmmaking research hyperfixation rabbit hole and have been binging videos on filming techniques 😂 but we are going on a road trip so I’m putting together a road trip playlist that will include lots of Florence, as well as Hozier 🙌🙌
