The only thing questionable about ChimeTime critiques is the whole "salt" issue...it's too much salt, it's not enough salt, just a little more salt added....that's the reason why a lot of restaurants omit salt entirely so u can add your own

Chef here Generally speaking yes thats why we give salt packets. But the dish itself should be flavourful regardless especially when it comes to fried foods. If you are paying 20 to 30 dollars for a meal you shouldn't really need to add more salt
