Recipe 1! 📌
Chinese cabbage.
chop roughly.
Carrot.
I use a special grater.
green onion.
Garlic.
red hot pepper.
3 eggs.
15 ml milk.
Salt.
Mix.
15 grams of butter.
Prepare a fluffy omelette.
Olive oil.
hot pepper and garlic.
Fry for 1-2 minutes.
Fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add cabbage.
Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Soy sauce 30 ml.
Sesame seeds 10 grams.
