Farofa is dry by itself but you're supposed to eat it with rice and beans, it's delicious! :) I still don't know why there was guacamole in that dish, definitely not a Brazilian thing (and that was not cabbage, it was kale haha) but anyways, I hope you try Brazilian food again! ❤ Our country is so big and diverse, we have a lot of different and delicious food!
