I had the same thought so I looked up the article cause it was really bothering me 😂. I think the article was talking about the type of chicken salad with Mayo that we typically put on sandwiches in the US. But then in the next sentence it mentioned power salads, so I’m wondering if he just mixed the two together when in fact they were two separate foods. The article did make it sort of confusing.

By the way i would love if you tried to make a Spanish dish, veggie paella is really good, tortilla de patata, ( i know you hate eggs and potato) but is soo good with homemade alioli sauce on top, and a dessert torrijas wich we eat in easter in here in spain, there are the original ones with just milk, orange and lemon peal, eggs, sugar and cinnamon, then there’s chocolate ones, and ones made with wine 😮. I make big pots of pasta with lots of veggies and flavor! Or veggie chili which everyone in my house loves, even the meat eaters 😅. Its not that hard to be vegetarian 😊 If you crave meat I can see why that would be hard though.
