For them to properly gossip about them, they have to click rapidly on someone elses but *NOT* gossiping, that way the menu glitches out and lets them gossip about others that don't have the ability to originally be gossiped about, due to YanDev making it unable, also simply because Megami hasn't been implemented, and is unable to be messed with. It's a gossip-menu-bug.
