I hope you feel better soon. Some other mood boosting foods, besides chocolate, according to various health sites include; Fish, Nuts, Tea/Coffee, Leafy Greens, Carbohydrates, Grapes and other Berries. But I suppose anything that makes you happy would be the best substitute for chocolate.

I second the tea. My sis and I like herbal teas because of all the different combos and sometimes it's nice to just feel and sniff the vapors even if I'm not drinking much of it. Only thing is that you have to get up and put a kettle on, but who knows you might be needing an excuse to get up and move around.

@@AMenacingCloudofBlackPeople I'm sorry to hear that, I do hope you overcome this as soon as possible. In my experience 20+ years of this can become too detrimental to live a normal life with so when I get the chance I'm searching for professional help. If you really feel like you need help too please don't take as long as I did to consider it, mental health is just as important and there's at least someone in your life that would support you no matter what because they want to see you doing well. In any case, have a great day and I wish you good luck!

Acknowledging you need help is wonderful. The best transformations in my life was when I acknowledged I needed and got help. Don't be afraid to see a therapist, or doctor, therapists are pretty affordable and I think some states offer free therapy due to the pandemic. Sometimes you live with people who need mental help, and that causes you to need support, because you have to deal with it. Talking with someone can reground yourself with what is real.

About 11 years ago I thought it used to be a 5-star system, but they changed it to the like/dislike system they use now because most users only ever used the 1 or the 5 anyway, then often whined "why can't I give this more than 5 stars?!" rather than "why can't I like this twice?"

Get the book wisdom of the enneagram. Fear of anger is common, because you likely desire peacefulness over anything else. It's not about being angry, it's about acknowledging that you have needs.

On god, I'm not kidding, I needed this. I just got off from work nine minutes ago, and the past hour during closing I was beyond frustrated and emotional and just really hard on myself because of many reasons that crashed down on me. I literally thought I was broken, and this video... It seems a bit too coincidental that I see it immediately after work. In a good way. I promise, I will take your advice to heart, and will take tomorrow to just be me. It's been a long, hardworking day, and I am very glad I can take tomorrow to just do things I want to do. Wait holy crap I do some of the stuff on this list but the getting angry thing? That helped. Like, a lot. And saying I loved myself out loud made me cry. I can involve other people in my self care, my friends are there for me! I could use their help "training". Point is, thank you Sean. This is the only advice video that wasn't just like "just do it, push yourself, follow your dreams, it'll suck but you can do it! :-D". This is everyday advice that for someone like me, who has depression and is going to counseling for it, finds helpful. Quality content sir. ^_^
