We Mizos(Zo tribes) migrated from Yunan Province of China, our ancestors stayed in Myammar Kalay-Kabaw region for 300-400 years . Later in the early 18th century , we migrated further down to the then Lushai Hills(now Mizoram) . At present, We are divided and scatrered in Myanmar, India and Bangladesh. Inside India we live mainly in Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Assam and Meghalaya

In india nagas are found mainly in nagaland and many nagas are also found in manipur, arunachal pradesh and in assam and across the artificial boundry in myanmar many nagas are also found consisting of more that ten tribes.

The British seperated us into different countries, and even here in India, into different states. Rih Dil is a lake that every soul has to pass through to reach 'pialral', according to Mizo folktales. But that lake is now in Myanmar because of the boundary that was created by the colonial power.

No, incorrect statement. Mizo never migrated from Myanmar (Burma). The boundary was demarcated by the British between two countries, hence one half left over Burma and other on Indian side. Like Punjab, one half over West Pakistan and other in India. Giving incorrect information and narratives can trigger discomfort and disarray to the major Indian viewers, thinking mizo people migrated into India, currently happening in Manipur. There are khasi and Pnars(Jaintia) people living in Bangladesh, Nagas, Arunachals, Manipuri/ Kuki in Myanmar.

It's our obligations to accommodate and shelter them during their difficult times,we share ethnic to those people living in Chin State of Myanmar this can be traced back from the British colonial period let's not briefly articulate the historically incident.During the era of the British rule, the colonial used the compound term 'Chin-Kuki-Mizo' to group the Kukish language speaking people, the Indian government inherited this nomenclature eventhough the language is not mutually intelligible but closely related. When the Partition occurred in 1947 after the following year on 4th January,1948 Myanmar gained Independence from the British and then The treaty of Panglong Agreement signed this led the joining of Chin State to form a new government called Union of Myanmar.Because of the Partition All the Zo ethnic Tribes with some sort of vaguely territory they were allot in scattering different parts of their inhabitat areas which led disintegration and one day perhaps All the Zo akin will be one administration and rule by one single authority this is what I pray for.
