I have the same ClousdeParis watch, pretty cool little watch to be honest, as I am also the owner of a 6580 from late 50s (heritage from my grandfather), also bought myself a 14060 in the "good old days" of 2004, I can tell you this homage is nailing it (movement aside)... As for your relation with the AD, would not play their stupid game, just keep in contact and ask for what you want, you can accidentally get this banknotes roll fall of your pocket at the opportunate moment and just say you are only interested in this specific product. As soon as they see cash, it ease up the process, but if it does, I would then tell them to stick their watches were the sun don't shine...
