I love this game. It's simple but so much fun, it also has a cute (?) little story. I played it ways to much, I beaten every level, including the bonus ones, with 3 stars on deadly mode. Going to play it again now.

Snakes dont unhinge their jaws. Their bottom "jaw" it actually 2 half jaws seperated by a stretchy ligament and they have special bone where the jaws meet that we dont have that makes them able to stretch them
