I think you could save a second by not destroying the box infront of the water tower but just move your arm to the left

You can light it through the agency logo to shave time of taking of the agency logo

True, but dropping the agency logo doesn't actually take any time, since you can do it without looking while opening the drawer with your other hand. The agency logo should be on the ground without you ever having to look at it by the time you get the lighter!

1:08 Can you put the plate right in front of where the missile spawns so that when it launches at the piece of rubble it hits the plate and the explosion destroys the launcher. Or at least hit The missile before it hits the rubble so that’s the next one spawns quicker

I usually do - but I was going for the safest way, not the fastest, and a couple of times when adjusting the mirror during the speech I missed the second missile launch!
