I love Cambodian foods cuz they are fresh made daily even dessert or snack ,so healthy. They always grilled instead fried, in Thailand and Vietnam usually they fried most of their meats which is very greasy.

Also quick trip to Siem Reap for Angkor Wat then last few days in PP before heading back home. It's so amazing to see all the development there compared to the days I went.
