Endermen are quite powerful. One hit does 10 hearts of damage on hard. Clean diamond armor reduces damage by about 80%, plus about 2% because of protection that was on the armor. 22% * 10 = 2.2 hearts per hit. Clean diamond is not a good idea when going into the end. Get full protection 2 at least (about 90% damage reduction), plus feather falling 4 (48% damage reduction). Also Poof's bow was kinda crappy. Get power 4+.

You actually did good for the first time. Also the Ender Dragon dashes to the Enderman that piss them off so some will attack you and the Ender dragon as seen in the video. Perhaps bring a shovel that can one tap blocks and dig a hole with water or dig down for a safe zone or get cobblestone to build a safe zone that's Immune to Fireballs. *If* you want an army get a bunch of iron blocks and pumpkin to build an entire army of iron golems, try to be quick about without getting hurt or yeet away. I know you can do it.

You can use buckets of water in the End. Create an infinite water source so you don’t have to make potions of falling or blocks to build up. If the dragon destroys the water block, you can get another from the infinite water source you created. Probably the most efficient way to beat the ender dragon. Also you could cover the end floor with water as a defense from the enderman.
