I just get lucky usually. If they haven’t pushed them yet I will just do it for them since I can do it so fast. A lot of places have other items that get restocked faster. So sometimes I get lucky! Pavement to the feet 🦶 😜👍🏽

There is a weird mix at Publix because they don't get cases of Hotwheels... Everything comes in as singles , whatever min # they have set to trigger an order. Their hotwheels come on a Low Velocity truck 2-3 times a week. They come in totes so they're impossible to find just by going in back room ( if you ask employee) they would literally have to search an entire truck and open every single tote... anyway, it's a good flow of cars keeps them rotating out.

Idk what kind of overstocking idea that is, but if the cardboard boxes were the problem, why not use a binning system where they can locate the items in those bins and do a count maybe 3 times out of the 7 days in a week so that it’s constantly being located there unless it’s stocked?
