Oh Allie 😞 It is definitely not fun at all, I got it for the first time just over a year ago and was 4 x vaccinated and it still hit hard. I didn’t get body aches but had sore throat with a cough and felt like really bad sinusitis and extremely tired. I felt sick for about a week and the tiredness lasted for about two to three weeks. My parents got it at the same time and my mum felt so terrible but we were all grateful we were vaccinated as especially with my mum as it’s awful to think what might have happened if she wasn’t. I hope both you and Rem feel better soon ❤️‍🩹

Paxlovid works really well Allie....but it leaves a horrible taste in your mouth until you finish it off. I'm on the last dose tonight but feeling much better faster than I would've without it.

Oh Allie that sucks but welcome to the club. I've had it twice and your symptoms sound so similar to mine. My temp would spike every night for a week which made it hard to sleep. Rest as best as you can and drink lots of water. If your temp spikes don't hesitate to take a cold shower or bath to keep it in check. I don't take medications either but I found taking orange Dayquil at night really helped the sinus congestion so I could sleep without the NyQuil hangover in the morning. And if your lungs starts getting congested, Robitussin DM did wonders to loosen everything so I could cough it up. Hope you feel better soon :)

Allie the reason you're feeling worse at the end of the day is our body temperature is always higher around 5pm and the l'ouest around 5am, so drinks a lot of fluid and take some tylenol for the fever and body aches every 4 hours. I'm sending you guys lots and lots hugs and kisses❤❤

that typically runs in cycles and most medications were off in about 8 hours or so !! There's the Dayquils and nightquils and also Theraflu for the influenza treatments!!

Most viruses act like that. For some reason they seem to get worse at night. If you’re running a high fever you can alternate between ibuprofen and Tylenol like take ibuprofen at 12 and 6 and Tylenol at 3 and 9. This is only when you’re running a high fever. When your fever is lower you don’t want to do that. You can even do that with Remi if she starts running a really high fever. I’m so sorry you feel like such crap. Please remember to not cough into your hand. If you do then you need to wash your hands afterwards.
