I finally got the LAST piece for SOLO MF Ghostbusting - PoE Ancestors

Steelmage takes on the task of running two characters for juiced MF Ghostbuster mapping. First the mbs are touched with the Ghostbuster for a massive quant and rarity boost, and then farmed with the freshly completed MF Poison Spark Pathfinder in Path of Exile Ancestors

I wonder if impale was the thing that almost killed Steel here. Because its considered reflected damage and records before any mitigation, so it might still do physical damage if "taken as" sources are not applied to it.

Im a new player , can anyone explain what hes doing and why he is just phasing through the mobs

Ok so 2 reasons , 1. this is hardcore, if the character dies it is lost forever (which means like -300 divines) , opening strongboxes is sooo risky sometimes so he uses a phasing character to open all strongboxes first. 2 do u see those green spirits? Thats a mechanic called tormented spirit and how it works is they have to find a guest to possess and its better to not kill it before he has possessed for bether rewards. So the phasing character opens all strong boxes and makes sure all spirits possesses before switching character and then kill everything (hardcore players usually have many characters unlike softcore players )

To answer what he is doing question , he is "juicing" the maps (increased rarity +quantity ) using winged scarabs for increased loot div cards etc but making the map harder while using a semi MF character , MF =magic find = stats that gives +% quantity/rarity on his gear. The map is crimson temple , known as the map that can super rarely drop a card called the aphotecary which is usually the most expensive card on the game
