I totally understand the mold issues! My last studio was like that and it was such a headache, a lot of my things got ruined and still dealing with it sometimes but not as much, your new place looks great! Congrats!

Oh dear, I bought one of those clothes racks, you can hang about 10 things on it, one tip, don’t put the wheels on as it starts to slant, mine lasted a week, put it out the front of my house and some poor sap grabbed it

I have three chihuahuas that I’ve looked after my whole life (and a cat even though I am very allergic) and I’ve helped my mum with her job as a pet sitter for years so I’m very prepared to look after any sort of pet we have don’t worry ! We do work but it’s intermittent and one of us is always home and in getting a small dog it’s easy to take them with us anywhere when we go thrifting ! Believe me we have thought about this for a long time and both have a lot of experience hahah but I totally understand your view !
