Gavin, You might already know but you might be able to get Comcast Gigabit Pro fiber service for extra installation charges for them to bring dedicated fiber to your home. Just call and try to get to the right person. Hopefully the main fiber to the node in the area isn't too far away. Congrats on the new house!!! Looks amazing! I work at a mattress store whenever you need another one I would look into a Fusion Luxe I actually work in georgia.
