Whoop whoop!!! Well done Taimi! The journey to getting a driver’s license truly does require perseverance and a budget. I got my License on my 7th try and also failed because of a simple reason which was indicating. But once it’s done, it’s a huge weight of your shoulder.

A very stressful journey I tell you😭very emotional, financial, mentally draining 😭 I only got my learners on my third attempt and I only got my license on the 8th attempt mind you my learners was expiring the following day😂 at some point I even thought that I am probably not meant to have a license 😭😂 Never Give Up in life, when you want something. This is my fav video, so much relatable. On days when I repeated mistakes, my driving instructor would always ask “Kanyemba, is everything fine at home ?” 😅 I can talk about my driving school journey all day, it was rough. You have a contagious laughter, I laugh a lot when I’m embarrassed or disappointed in myself. On my last attempt, I traveled to OTT and booked a guesthouse, I didn’t tell ANYONE except my Windhoek instructor who arranged for the driving school in that town. On my driving test day, ondiiteka that I’m going back to Windhoek cos I don’t feel ready. My instructor said, please go verify and drive test. I tell you, I got 10/10 *Glory to God! The 6th June “the Lord made it happen for me” 🎉 I praise the Lord, it’s one of my 2024 biggest achievement.

It's not easy shame, emotionally and financially shu. I remember I cried the first time I failed shu and I went back again passed 2nd time and I was like finally not seeing those poles again. Congratulations and keep driving. I remember the instructor at Natis telling me that, if you fail today oshili I will beat you. That day I told nobody it was just me and God and I made it. Sometimes you feel like yakwetu God when but patience is key even though it's not easy shame. ❤

Reverse parking was my nightmare as well. My strength has always been parallel parking. Hence the day I went to try, I started with what I know first which was parallel parking. I had an option to choose what to start with. That was the trick that helped me get it on first attempt. Congratulations once more. Well well done❤
