It's crazy that most workplaces are like this. I can sense negative energy and bad vibes from certain people even before they behave rudely or toxic around me.

Yes, girl! I am so happy for u! ❤ You deserve a job that u will enjoy. I have been in a toxic work environment before too, and it made me feel horrible every day. I felt like i was imprisoned. I also had an hour commute there and an hour back every day. It was so bad. I was able to break free, too, so i know the feeling u were describing about a huge weight being lifted.

I am truly happy for you. A toxic place can really mess with your mental. My son is working in Colorado out in Vail, and he said after 2 months, he knew with the management there, that he was not going to work there under that kind of treatment from the "managers" who disrespect employees. As you stated, some of these jobs do nothing about it , because work places do NOT CARE. That kind of behavior is accepted. My son already had another job when he started VAIL and from hearing all the horrible stories about that place. I told him to always keep your resume active and stay looking just in case things don't work out. I too have run into very unprofessional places. It's a no wonder why the American People are not willing to accept anything , and rather work from home. These work traps are truly exhausting, regardless of your education. You have a new follower. I truly love this, thank you for putting this out here. You are very intelligent with a great attitude. You will make it.

Yes, I completely relate to this video. I had a terrible manager in my last job. She would demean me, and infantilize me. She literally said to me, "Is anyone doing any hand-holding for you?" Ya, as if I'm a child who needs his hand held. I dropped that job faster than a sack of hot bricks, lol It is not worth my mental health to stay in a job with a demeaning boss like that. I struggled with self-esteem issues for months and months after dealing with that terrible woman. I am glad that you shared your story here on KZbin. It makes me feel less alone to know that I am not the only one who has experienced such a demeaning boss. I also related to being put on a performance improvement plan. That happened to me as well. There is no shame in it, I believe. We all have different ability levels and unique talents. As long as we try hard and put in a respectable effort, I think we can hold our heads high and feel proud of ourselves.

Wishing you much success along your path ❤

No one cares about being supervised. When you start messing with people's mental health that is on another level. This is how people snaps crackle and pop.
