Last Epoch has Monolith as a big part of it's endgame, and is it any good? Well yes! I think so. It's quick and easy and I love it!

Should use Glyph of Hope more to attempt to conserve Forging Potential, excited for the follow-up when trying empowered monoliths and pushing corruption ^.^

One cool thing about the monoliths are that the last boss of each alternate timeline drops a unique bit of gear exclusive to them. an ice bow, an elemental idol, unique gloves, and one timeline boss dropped a new unique trident that I forged into a legendary and used with my void knight.

For crafting the two glyphs you will use most is Hope and Chaos. Hope when upgrading the affix to save forging potential, Chaos to randomly roll an unwanted affix to a random new one. So rather than removing you change it (up to it's max Tier of 5) if all the slots are filled. Each rarity has more forging potential than the previous as well

Tried a pally and a necro, got bored of both. Now I'm doing a strength stacking lightning bear. It is a bit on the weaker side on bosses but I've been having a lot of fun trying to gear it properly

@NyxVellum Btw, if you looking for Last Step of the Living boots - those cannot be get through rune of ascendance. Those can be dropped exclusively from final boss of Blood Frost and Death monolith.

One thing about blessing is you don't even have seen the most powerful. In the timeline you did you only have bonus to drop or stuff like that. Some other monolith give bonus to your character, like +60% to a resistance or chance to bleed

in LE you can actually use your chest to store a lot of items. put your rings and idols in your chest and purchase additional storage for gold, lol.

So.. you heard of those resistances? Its same as PoE, only more resists. Also.. you can buy stash tabs and put loot in there, you don't have to carry everything with you, if it makes you feel better you can buy a tab and name it keys or whatever. Mouse over your skill that does damage. Read tags. If the spell doesn't have physical tag "+1mil increased phys damage" will do exactly 0 for your dps, same applies for damage over time and other things.

Last Epoch's endgame does have depth, but I would say it's like lake depth versus PoE's endgame which is like Mariana Trench depth haha but it is genuinely refreshing to blast through echoes compared to setting up multiple systems to run PoE maps.

I liked Wolcen. Hit endgame and ended up playing 110 hours. This is better.

Also been playing Warlock, still in the campaign somewhere, but I'm not really feeling Last Epoch atm.There's only a certain amount of stylistic grimdark I can take in one dose before burning out on it and it has been very relentless with the grimdark so far. I'm also (as is usual in these games, I'm an explorer by nature) stupidly overleveled and with Warlock being OP to start with, and not knowing the level layouts -- so lots of backtracking -- that isn't helping it be a fun sort of OP. All the NPC characters seem pretty bland and unmemorable compared to the ones in the PoE campaign which isn't helping engage me with the lore/story. I think its falling into the 'seems like a pretty decent game, but not for me unless I'm in the right mood' bucket so far. /em :grimacing: as they logs back into his PoE to play their shiny new late campaign ice shot Raider

I personally find monoliths very boring and same, all affixes are same, its just more hp dmg pretty much, also there is no endgame boss really, nothing to aspire to
