Thats great you got that resolved Seven. Another thing you can do, to add some rigidity to your sliding door is to plywood the wall around the door on the interior and exterior of that wall. Metal studs can flex even with the rigid insulation. 👍

It was probably square the first time but you don't have any sheathing on the metal studs, so there is nothing keeping the framing square. It may very well shift again until you install the sheathing.

Sometimes 18 wheeler semi-trailer doors won’t shut do to how level the ground is. Moving usually just a few feet squares the trailer box and allows the door to shut.

a rectangle is not stable. You need a triangle to make it stable. Add some angle straps on your frame. Sheathing will keep it stable too.

Keep in mind also that there is always going to be a little flex in a long hollow vehicle. If you have more pressure on one frame side as opposed to the other it can definitely mess with the square of the trailer, i.e. one jackstand down and one not or one with more pressure on it. Also, more pressure on one wheel set as opposed to the other one.

Just wanted to mention a few things that I would like in your place. You said before about how much you liked movies and that you don't do them anymore since the pandemic. Well you have a nice big screen to shine a small projector on with both sides of your trailer, My father and I did this before and watched one of the Super Bowls, the players where life sized! was phenomenal! then we hooked it up to the old nintendo, Mario was over 3 feet tall, fun games! Something else that might be fun is to get an artist to paint a light picture of you favorite lace on the inside of the back deck then some clear poly over it, when the deck is up like you're in town the ghost image would shine though

great idea! I've owned a few projector systems in the past in houses before going mobile. I have some ideas for a home theater in the works and hope to have them built by the end of the year!

MAYBE IS SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS THE TRAILER FLEXING ON DIFFERENT LEFEL GROUND, IS POSSIBLE EVEN WITH LEVELLING JACKS.
