Basically a little run down of the main characters: Charlie Morningstar: It's unknown when Charlie was born but she's at least over 200 years old but acts and looks like a woman in 20s and her sexuality is bisexual Vaggie: it's also unknown when Vaggie was born as well but like Charlie I would say in her 20s and is a lesbian Angel Dust: died in 1947 at some point in his 30s and is gay Sir Pentious the snake guy: died in 1888 in his 40s and his bisexual Cherri Bomb: died in the 1980s in her 20s and is bisexual Alastor: died in the 1930s in his 30s and is asexual Husk: died during the 1970s either in his 60s or 70s and is pansexual Nifty: died during the 1950s at the age of 22 and is straight

According to VivziePop she mentioned that Hell has it’s own level hierarchy which is further shown in this series and its sister series, _Helluva Boss:_ *Lucifer, Lucifer’s family* (his daughter Charlie and his wife Lilith), *The Seven Sins* (Lucifer is one of the Sins and resides in the Pride Ring), *Ars Goetia, Overlords* (Alastor is an Overlord and are sinners (see sinners*), *Sinners* (Demons that were once Humans in past life and committed crimes prior to their deaths. They can’t move into any other of Hell’s rings, besides Pride), *Hellborn* (Consisting of the Succubi, Incubi and other demons), *Imps and Hellhounds* (also Hellborn, but live in a lower ranking).

Just a further note, the overlords are also sinners, they have just risen to power among the other sinners. But they were also just mortal souls and are bound by the rules all mortal souls in hell are. Alastor, The Vees... they can't leave the pride ring either. And as powerful as they appear, they are no match for the Ars Goetia even. Much less the sins or Lucifer.

So technically in Hell , There’s these angels who have an extermination and kill the demons. So Charlie Morningstar makes a hotel for sinners who want a 2nd chance and then comes more characters into the cast as we get into the espiodes. Charlie is Daugther of Lucifer MorningStar and Lilith

So to make things a little bit more clear here the explanation: hell in this universe consists of seven rings, with the Pride Ring (the ring the show takes place) being the one on top of all of the others. The Rings are kinda stacked on top of each other. And Sinners aren't allowed to leave the Pride Ring, so they dont disturb the hellborn demons (yes there is a difference between Sinners and Hellborn demons). The show only takes place in Pride although there is a sister show to Hazbin called Helluva boss. There the other Rings and their Princes/Princesses are far more explained and there are far more demons from real life (the lesser key of Salomon to be exact), so the world is very expansive in that regard. Hope this kinda explained it a bit. ❤ Also Charlie's Mother is Lilith the first woman. Ps. Sorry for spelling mistakes or wierd phrasing, English is not my first language.
