I was very excited to play Blue Protocol before the network test. After being able to get into it as well, I can safely say that this is the MMO I will be moving to on release. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even with the grind, it gave me incentive to group up in hunting parties with other people and we were able to farm together while chilling out. It was actually so relaxing. Though some people might not like the 'no trading' aspect, I think its benefit of keeping away bots and rmt is overall a better outcome. Lost Arks bot issue was disgusting and so many people I introduced to the game were turned off by the lines and lines of bots early game that they decided to leave. Heres to hoping Blue Protocol never has a bot problem~

They'll add advanced class somewhere in the future around lv30+ i guess and you're locked to one type of weapon only plus unlocked new skills etc.

Yeah but the p2w limit of tickets is not known, if the limit is 50 or more will affect the game. Also, besides the grind is free, depends on how low the drop rate is for F2P too. We have to see on release how strong the monetization will actually be.

One thing that held me back is that it only has 4 abilities….I understand the elemental application and others interaction from different classes make it more difficult, but many mmos have that. So I imagine the combat would be repetitive, unlike in lost ark, u can swap in between build, spec bars or swift, ignition or reflux sorc. Not to mention the relic gears that u can switch around to alter build. All in all, I just really wish they make each class a bit more interesting…

I would replace the 2 button (mouse left and right) with ability slots since those abilities seems doesnt really have cooldown. I expect they will add more abilities slots in the future either thru class advancement or when lvl cap increase.

AA directional input matters, you have couple abilities but can only take X with you (similar to Lost Ark), Monster Summons, Combinations etc. make it in my Opinion more complex than Lost Ark

@@Zinochron yes, u can only take 4, and I implied input already. Archer class have long cooldown with just most of the time stood still…I played in the beta, and the mechanic of many boss is just moving out of red zone…I really don’t see how it’s more complex than lost ark, or even ffxiv

i watched Kanon's video about the game recently, and he said the same thing about selling materials but then he corrected himself in the pinned comments, saying that you CAN sell materials through the ''warehouse'' i still don't understand what that means, and what you can sell it for do you have any answer please Kanima

In this game, drops from mobs and gathering go straight into your warehouse after you collect them. So you can just go to the warehouse npc and talk to them and they have a sell option. Idk if you can sell anything other than mats though.

Selling is not trading in this game. basically you are getting rid of materials or useless mats that is valuable in exchange for Luno(Main Currency) for the game. Since there is lots of space 0/999 for each material many people are not even aware of it. even JP people don't know it exists.

So farm your own shit to craft your gear no trading so the only p2w aspect would be options to be less pay to win so much as pay to progress faster be that with dungeon tickets or buying the item to help you get a great success for slots on your gear which you could just grind out with multiple crafting attempts and get it eventually on your own without doing such. I consider pay to win being paying for things you can't get elsewise or say pvp paying for power if everything is obtainable in game and you are only getting x faster that pay to progress to me for folks that don't have the time to grind non stop. As for weapon and farming I in tened to focus on one class maxing it asp then if I care goign back to grinding in popular areas to work on alt jobs I might interested while the population is high

As long it doesn't make the same mistake as Lost Ark, of locking skill points, runes and other important power elements behind a FUCKING LOOOOONG ASS horizontal progression, the game will be good.
