My 1st 3000 pcs jigsaw puzzle experience is over | plus unique saving and hanging tips | Part 2 of 2

Alright puzzlers, in this final episode of the Puzzle Grow 3000 pieces jigsaw puzzle "map of the World 1665", I not only complete it but also share with you my personal way of gluing, flipping and hanging such a large puzzle on the wall without any specialised tool or techniques. Congratz on finishing the puzzle, it looks great on your wall! 🎉 When I was doing my world map puzzle I was also focussing on the latitude numbers but got all confused, and then I saw on the box that the person who made the map made a mistake, he had written: 10-20-30-40-40-60 at one of the spheres, so there was no 50 and two 40's. I had been looking for where that 40 must be placed for a while already but could not figure it out because it didnt fit anywhere or there was already a 40. 😂 I later saw the mistake was on the original map too, so at least it was authentic! 😊 Great to see your proces of glueing too! I like how you explain first what you are gonne do and then show it. It looks beautiful!

Haha thats so funny Nina, i did some digging, and apparently at that time it was common for cartographers to have apprentices taking turns, the puzzle i just completed had a misspelling on the main title “terrarum” had only one r so they added a tiny extra R in between the letters 😂 omg these people

Another great video. I was intrigued by the device you were using to focus on the puzzle (the square with the square hole cut out.) I think I will make one of those for myself as I sometimes get distracted by the whole puzzle when I need to focus on a specific area

I still prefer 500-2000 for sure but this is a different experience i think, definitely doing more 3ks and will soon try bigger ones too! How about yourself? Do you prefer bigger puzzles? I am crazy about large piece count puzzles, and wish I could do them more often. I try to do at least 4 a year. I plan to do a 6K in August and are looking forward to start. You chose probably the most difficult 3k puzzle to start with, hats of to you!

Hi 50s! Ohh great question! I really don’t know. I started about a month ago and have been working on it a few minutes a day sometimes up to an hr on the rainy days, so sorry i dont keep an eye on how long i take!
