why is that? This product is not meant for all type of Phone cases. So you need to take your phone case off first

still not connecting, it says allow or ignore, I press allow and nothing happens

if you are sure that you connect it properly then you can format and plug it again. It will work I am sure.

By the way ,not all the iflash drives work with i-easy drive . Have you checked what kind of App your flash drive needs?

I am using the 'I-FlashDevice' app, when I first plugged it in it took me straight to the app store
