Laal maas you cant find veg option cause the name itself describes "maas" which means meat. It can be any meat. Goat, chicken, deer or any other meat. And laal maas is a royalty dish actually cooked by kings of rajasthan who in early day used to travel long distances to hunt and then cook. And only 4 ingrediets were used. Meat, Clarified butter (ghee), red chilli powder of rajasthan which is the best in India and last is salt. Thats it. No onion tomato garlic or other stuffs. But these day laal maas is found everywhere with different versions according to publics demand and our taste bud.

I think you came here once or tried biryani but apart from that andhra has its own cuisine and its arguably good, in meals we always eat a course its fabulous.
