Dont put it as a business starting out until it grows enough to employee people or making enough to not have to worry abt the business costs. Go w it as a service and theres no worries while you're starting out. Also, corps are cheaper than LLC's when you do scale. You gotta be careful with car flipping. I don’t know what the laws are like in Florida but here in Colorado you can only sell 3 cars in a 12 month period before you need a dealer license, which is not easy to get.
