I just made this after watching your video and then had to watch their video for the ingredients. I used the chorizo and chihuahua cheese and mine came out creamier. It was spicy but delicious! I love it! Thank you!

OMG I was screaming when you dumped the WHOLE can of chilies in with ALL the sauce. That little can is DECEPTIVE. I use ONE pepper cut as fine as mush in a whole huge stock pot of chili. I cannot believe he didn't die. Also, we love psychostick and once we baked a bunch of irresponsible blueberry muffins and smuggled them into a psychostick show. It was hilarious hiding in the corner eating muffins we smuggled in while they were playing. I mean who could tell, right? I mean aren't all blueberry muffins tinted a little green? hahaha. They put on a great show. Love to see another fan all the way up North in Can-ay-dee-ah.

That dip sounds pretty good, but I live in a place where many varieties of good cheese dip are easily available and I'm lazy, lol. Maybe I'll try making it if I ever go to a potluck again. Love the Liza Minelli cut of the wig! It really suits you!

This was fun to watch. I miss Coal Chamber. My favorite album was their last one "Dark Days." I'm glad it turned out well for you. The color must have been from the chipotle peppers. They have a maroon color that probably gave the cheese a brown hue, plus, the chorizo has spices with a red hue. (Heavy on the paprika chili powder.) But first, "More wine." 🤣🦇💀🕸️🖤

Best queso get white American cheese land o lakes white American to be exact or any white American cheese . Get a half pound slice at your deli and add any small can of mild green chilis and a 1 1/2 cup of whole milk . Heat in crockpot on low if add more milk if to thick.delicious cheap and easy. I use the same queso cheese sauce for my white chicken enchiladas so good 🖤💜

Chorizo is pretty red, even when cooked and is very juicy so if that had been used it would have definitely made the queso more orange than brown. I'm not sure what white cheese was supposed to be used either but the ratio could have made the base cheese lighter so it would have been less brown. Either way it looks super good and I might have to try to make it now.
