I would be interested to see a version of master baker where beforehand, Qt teaches all of the recipes in one big baking class for the participants. The contestants then have one hour to try and teach someone else how to make it, in the allotted time

I think for future seasons QT should allow the bakers to watch her guide video one time, and take one page of notes as fast as they can while they watch the video. The recipes and baking would still be terrible, but there would be a bit more direction in the baking process and the recipes would be more easily comparable. Im sure a lot of people love how hectic the blind baking is, but I actually like it when someone kind of gets it right with a bunch of little weird mistakes.
