When I was a kid my friends father had a huge amount of old lures going back to the 60s. I loved looking at them and use to think how could anyone catch a bass with some of them. I'm sure all those lures are worth a good bit nowadays.

Be sure to ask someone to check on it if you plan to come down this year.i was there the other day.they lowered the water level substantially to dredge.they blocked the incoming water from lake Marian and emptied a lot into lake kissimmee. The bass took a hit

Gee, your pop's boxes look very much like some of mine in my boat now! Remember buying a set of Poes cranks in a box with a Poes hat signed by Rick Clunn. That was my lucky hat for so long my wife finally threw it out. Still have the lures. Great video. Thank you for sharing.

One of our favorite places to go. Gets very little pressure (getting to be more) but we have enjoyed some mecca days out there. A really exciting frog lake. Theres one thats even more fun a little further down the road on the left - but the dirt road is LOOOOOONGGG and DIURTY.. :)

I use to use that Poe’s crank baits on Cherokee. Man they would catch fish. But I believer they start out sourcing there labor and the hooks would pull right out I mean not on one bait but about all of my baits. I am glad you like Cherokee lake that one of my favorite I live around 40 miles from there. About the Same to Douglas. Could you give me the phone number to the house you guys stayed in Scott said he was going to leave it on the last video from Cherokee but I never did see it. I would like to take my family up there and stay a couple of days. We camp at times right there at the damn.3

Good times fishing & good clean trash talk. My 14 year old son is the best who ever did it. Last 3 fishing trips he smoked me. We made a bet on our last trip & I up it from 3week - 90 day he smoke me. He told me" the student has become the master" & that I am banned from fishing for 90 days ..I can take him fishing but I can't touch a rod for 90 days that's my punishment for sucking. I should have never made that bet,because now here it is Labor Day weekend & I can't fish. So I am watching all your videos so I can up my game.

Brian Latimer we were down the week of practice for Toho for vacation. Drank a few beers with John Hunter at Smokey Bones. Fished all over that place. The first day of the trip we went to Okeechobee. You haven’t lived until you push your boat back to the rim canal on Okeechobee..in 71 degree water and past gator dens.
