Interesting to see you guys fish with such small baits in the darkness! I have always been told that you want bigger baits with lots of action so fish can find your lure easier. And also that you gotta use black and purple colours at night. Or baits like a spinnerbait because of vibration. Do you guys use such small baits because you already know you are on spots that hold fish? Finesse fishing or ultra light at night seems like a waste of time to me but i could be wrong. I did have succes on actionless ned trd used at night but i have more confidence at bigger baits with more action.

I've been fishin in really dirty water. So dirty that I wondered if the bass could even be aware of my bait, so I mostly swited to reactionary baits but I still had a senko tied on and I threw it and I caught a 3 pounder almost immediately...crazy

Brian, I don’t know but it seems the more I get informed the more I learned tactics and how to master some of my lures. It just seems with this weather that every year the bite is different and I went from kitchen 4 to 5 fish a day to two fish a day And it sucks that I shouldn’t have to take my boat out just to catch fish. I am a plumber. I’m not rich and no way shape or form and I would love to be able to get on a 75,000 bass boat with sonar, you could take a basic sonar system and still do a hell of a lot better because a lot of times were throwing the freaking bait in the water and there’s no fish but if we had so we would know that there’s no fish there and that’s the problem with Fishing . It’s a hit and miss. I wish there was something we could do for low income families for fathers, sons, daughters, mothers that wanna be able to bass fish, and not have to finance their home and able to do it😮 I love everything you do brother and you’re a great father and I know your father is proud
