You should hit the large Gamestop across from the Eaton Centre, just a little less picked over. But next time you are in Toronto on the North-East corner across from Eaton Centre is Little Canada and you can littlize yourself and get a 0.75" version of yourself placed in a city - they have Toronto, Niagara Falls, Hamilton, Ottawa - they are still working on the West Coast.
