Come on the liquid in the safe is Acetone, it ignites by small amounts of friction (static electricity of the rag on the floor) and melts through plastic (nylon fibers of the carpet as well), wood, styrofoam, but it can’t melt through laminate flooring. Plz take a look, Sam I know you can see this 👀

Ok, my thoughts on the keys in the ceiling, safes in the wall, an abandoned car...... The old tenants had lab equipment so what if they had a "math" lab, and all the rabbit holes could be just to hide the "math" from the government. This could explain the substance in the safe because if it broke, I don't know what ingredients are in "math" but what if they were experimenting and found an acid, like in the safe. Also the man who tried to break into the studio got angry easily probably because of "math" abuse. Just a theory, I'd love to hear your thoughts and please disprove me, I'm worried if my theory is true.
