I dont know if you mentioned this in the video but it seems you forgot a region. The region you are missing is the Orre region from Pokemon Colosseum and XD: Gale of Darkness on the Gamecube. The region is believed to be based in America in the south area i believe? It's a very lovely game probably my favourite! It's also set in gen 3 meaning 1/8192 odds with no way to increase it so not that upset that you didnt shiny hunt in it cause my god is it painful, trust me i know! Just felt like commenting to bring the Orre region to your attention in case you did miss it!

Hi. I used to shiny hunt on Let's Go and the chain you need to make your odds better is 31. Also, when you reach the chain of 31, ALL, EVERY single one pokemon that spawns has the same odds to be shiny. I promise you I got more shinies that I wasn't hunting for than the ones I chained. Plus the odds are a number between 1/300 to 1/400 if I remember correctly.

I'll never forget Masuda-methoding for a shiny Greninja to use in the US/UM postgame... Only for the Froakie that hatched after 760 eggs to be been born with the Torrent Ability instead of Protean... I kind of lost the will to shiny hunt for a long, long time after that one.

Every time I see Zigzagoons shiny I always remember l that base zig is super desaturated in comparison. Doesn't help that Galarian Zig has a much better shiny that makes me wish the base form had it's shinys colors and that the shiny form shared it's galarians colors

the let’s go games are so painful to shiny hunt in. if you end up finding a shiny thats more likely to run or harder to catch you just get screwed so hard thanks to the pokemon go catch mechanics. you’re stronger than i could ever be for continuing the raticate hunt after losing that porygon

1. Whoever told you you can save and reset if you encounter a shiny, told you wrong. And 2. the Porygon would've ran but you ran before it did, therefore keeping your combo intact. You should've kept your combo going after running from the Porygon so you can get the Raticate.

I've gotten pretty lucky in some, like getting my Shiny Charmander from the Mightiest Mark Charizard when it first released in like 27 eggs (but that's SV which is a bit less stressful for sure, lol). Then you get some where it's been literally hundreds or even thousands of eggs and nothing, spanning several games (damn you Shiny Absol and Shiny Eevee!). I've NEVER been able to get my Shiny Absol in literally ANY Pokemon game, including Go (where I currently have over 600 Shinies- so I know I'm it's purely terrible luck, haha). It's super frustrating. What's your luckiest hatch ever been like? I'm always curious about that stuff!

The Masuda method is definitely the most boring shiny hunting method ever. After 3k+ eggs (in X Version) to get my shiny female Eevee (now Sylveon in Scarlet version) I can't stand hunting via the Masuda method anymore.
