Some exotics have hidden synergies that make for some of the Best Builds in Destiny 2 whether that be for Onslaught or for basic PVP. Here are 3 builds one for Warlock, then Hunter, and lastly Titan that were some of our favorites from our Live Stream Stupid Build suggestions

The rapid fire builds for warlocks were really cool! Just a bit of a tidbit but could u or the artist draw a half archibald screaming with his bottom half missing. Like that 2&1/2 Men joke on Family Guy.

may i make a build suggestion that is dumb fun AND somehow ironically the tankiest build ive got? Tommy's Matchbook on solar titan. (requires catalyst) Aspects: Sol Invictus & Roaring Flames Grenade: healing. melee: throwing hammer. Fragments: Ember of Char, Empyrean, Ashes, & Torches. Smack a enemy with the hammer, and pick it up. you get cure, and Restoration+Radiant buffs. Tommy's Matchbook kills extend both of those buffs thanks to Empyrean. Restoration outheals tommy's overheat damage, allowing for maximized double damage on Tommy. Use Actium War Eig to make tommy's mag size go from 100 to 180, allowing you to DOUBLE the amount of bullets receiving double damage. Tommy's Catalyst makes ALL healing more effective, including what you have for Restoration. this is basically a Sweet Business build if it threw fire EVERYWHERE. because thanks to Char and Ashes, Tommy's matchbook causes so many ignition explosions due to sheer scorch overload that it is both effective at clearing ADs, AND single-target DPS. not to mention, it makes that last 1/4th of your health bar so ungodly tanky that you utterly REFUSE to die to anything that wouldnt one-shot you in the first place. (plus overheat doesnt touch your health, just your shields.

2 basic PVE build suggestions: 1.) Solar-Titan: Pyrogale Exotic Arms. Monte Carlo. Consecration Aspect and Sol Invictus Aspect. - Slide, Melee-Slam, Shoot Monte Carlo for more melee. Repeat Liberally. 2.) Strand-Warlock: Necrotic Grip Gauntlets. Outbreak Perfected. Thread of Isolation Fragment. Thread of Continuity. Arcane-Needle. Shoot with outbreak. Watch Bosses get swarmed by nanites and severing-projectiles like flies to a horses ass.

Ah, Stupid Builds, the series that's genuinely reliably good fun. Honestly, I never would have thought of most of the wild stuff you and your chat come up with, but they're always fun to see and even more fun to try out. I may recommend Strand over Arc for the Sweet Business build. Banner of War will refresh on Sweet Business kills, and will help keep your health up so you never have to let go of the trigger. And the Shackle Grenade is a fantastic choice for stopping a larger target so you can lay into them.

Oo that's a really good idea! I always use Behemoth because of the fortnite fortress in pocket and free cover, but woven mail and constant healing sounds even better. The melee helps get to cover out of a flat-footed spin cycle too, thats something light subclasses can't offer.

I usually run Grapple as it A) allows Banner to start from a "distance" and B) I'm in a situation where I'm taking too much heat, Thread of Ascent forces a reload and pulls you out of danger. But Shackle is great because it does the same thing as B. And you can follow up with a powered melee to the helpless target.

My favorite titan build ever is Strand, Banner, Fray, with Actium War Rig, Sweet Business, and 4TTC TL Retrofit Escapade I absolutely love the minigun juggernaut fantasy, i just wish Actium War Rig gave damage reduction on sustained fire, or something

Made a Stupid Build back in Festival of the Lost 2023, as I wanted to cosplay Rhulk with his mask cosmetic and the Warlock's Chromatic Fire. Ended up keeping it and still have some fun with it in mid-tier content. It's mainly the Chromatic Void explosion causing Weaken to all enemies in the immediate vicinity, only for them to immediately be devoured by the nanite swarm created by Outbreak Perfected (even before the craftable roll came out). I even decided to equip a Void Wave-frame with Destabilizing Rounds for more Void explosive fun. Feed the Void and Child of the Old Gods, with the Echoes of Persistence, Cessation, and Starvation (not sure on the 4th just yet. It's Instability for now) Explosions, weaken, nanomachines, and devour entire rooms

Back in year one, I took a step back from my Hunter and built a Titan SPECIFICALLY for the Actium War Rig/ Sweet Business combo. My inner Heavy main was unleashed upon the darkness that day

I was using the sweet business build with a hammerhead with envious assassin and desperate measures. Such a fun onslaught build. Used strand titan for banner of war. Punch an enemy, proc banner of war and nearly unkillable.

The first build you showcased is why I really miss the days of Gyrfalcon giving a weapon damage boost instead of Volatile Rounds. Was able to easily use it with Outbreak to really make sure those dregs felt it

I’ve been playing outbreak with weavers trance, unravel+nanites+ suspend goes bonkers in onslaught. I play it with cenotaph and any trace for free ammo for my team while I use outbreak for damage. Goes wild

Chromatic Fire is so much fun, may I suggest combining two builds: Chromatic Fire and Sweet Business. Add a little spice to your sweet business. Sweet Business Voidlock with Child of the Old Gods is a 2v1 monster My fave Chromatic builds though are still: Stasis lock with NTTE Chromatic, NTTE double stacks while headshotting slowed/frozen targets and procs slowsplosions on headshot kill. The other is Strand nom suspend grenade with Sturm Drang and Chromatic. Eat nade, proc suspensions with drang easy headshot splosions with Sturm. Edit: I forgot Ambush Titan! Rat King with either Peregrines or Grapple melee AcdFeedback Fences. Rat King Peregrines is just so funny, but Grapple Feedback is great bc peoples first instinct upon being hit with a grapple melee is to melee back. This obviously doesnt work and nets you a free tangle

I have a change for the Actium build. Run banner of war. You and your allies who get kills within your banner field will add to its counter and add stacks for it. Run the fragment that generates tangles on weapon kills while you have woven mail. Use Into the fray to generate woven mail from your tangles. Rip. And. Tear

here is a build run any of these(Skyburner's Oath, Prometheus Lens, Polaris Lance, Tommy's matchbook, Dragon's Breath) as these can scorch without kills and Ophidia Spathe, use weighted throwing knife to cause ignition from scorched targets, gambler's dodge, solar or any other grenade firebolt works, gunpowder gamble and knock 'em down, pair with char, eruption, blistering and ethier ashes, combustion, wonder, resolve, singeing or torches. the mods to run are momentum transfer, Bolstering Detonation, Impact Induction, Distribution and Bomber. the idea of the build is to scorch, knife crit, ignition, scorch repeat and cycle abilities which can build gunpowder gamble that can help the ability cycle or can be used for high damage similar to the ignition from the knife which can do damage rotation of gunpowder gamble, Dragon's Breath, knife, knife, dodge, knife, knife and firing Dragon's Breath when it is auto reloaded or switch Dragon's Breath with a solar grenade. outside of DPS Skyburner's Oath is the best to run as the others need time to build up to scorch while Skyburner's Oath doesn't only hipfire. ignition may not provide scorch every time though char. have had this happen to me. I can't believe I am saying this but I want Skyburner's Oath on my alt as I have been running through the campaigns in my alt running this build.

For my Titan Builds, my weapon perk choices always go along the lines of: "How close to Actuim does this get me?" Thus, Rewind Rounds, Auto Loading Holster, and Reconstruction are always top-tier keepers for this humble crayon eater.

While experimenting with such weapons, i found that Warlock with Heir Apparent and Well of Radiance (or simply healing rift) is basically a cheat code for people who don't want to play titan and Actium War Rig(titan main here). And i must say, it was pretty fun to use.

I have a build that would make Shaxx proud. I call it the Hive build. It’s an Arc Hunter with Mothkeepers Wraps and Ex Diris. The priority is moths, moths, moths. Diris spawns a moth on every kill and does not spawn more until those moths explode, unfortunately. Mothkeepers gives you two grenade charges, replaces your existing grenades with moths, and will spawn moths that will give you and your allies Void Overshield. People also use Strand with Widow’s Silk for three charges of moths… however the secondary of this entire build is its strength against champions. The moths naturally blind enemies, equip Spark of Shock and suddenly your arc moths apply both blinding AND jolting. For more fun equip a Hullabaloo with Chain Reaction, and for extra jolting have Voltshot on it. If you have none of those sources available, use Disorienting Blow with Lethal Current and once again you’ll be blinding and jolting enemies, lethal current brings your melee charge back to full (in most cases), and you’ll continue to blind and jolt to your heart content. I’d recommend a weapon with Demolitionist in the primary slot if you want to prioritize more moths, the Smite of Merain you get from the Pantheon triumph drops with Demolitionist and Firefly. If you wanna lean into this being a champion buster equip a sidearm or whatever the current seasonal anti-barrier weapon is.

oh very nice, tho tbh i personally hate the radiant dodge, but it does allow hunter to open up the torches slot for another frag, yup galanor needs knock em down for both the super and the melee refund, tho personnally id still go for knife trick since that adds 60 scorch to a target, and with char and flint striker you will apply 40 from a solar wep to iunscorched you can ignite if one shot and one flick melee. also the incandescent perk on solar weps is a direct synergy to solar class and all ignition effects, altho it scales form the weps dmg

Another stand out synergy is subsistence + onslaught on your auto along with Actium. I have a Summoner with this roll. With adept big ones and radiant you dont realy need to reload ever. Rivals machine guns for dps, try it!

I personally recommend weighted knife w/gamblers dodge for the hunter build in higher levels of PvE content. Lightweight works fine in crucible, but lacks a bit when you get into high end PvE content, like Legend Zero Hour or something similar. Knife their faces, and Deuces. Edit: I am using Ember of Searing, Char, Torches, Empyrean and Solace (optional, I dont have a good solar weapon so i need the longer timers here)

Outbreak, knucklehead, strand hunter, shackle grenade, threaded specter, whirling maelstrom, warding, isolation, generation, continuity. Kinetic siphon, kinetic loader, recuperation, kinetic surge, reaper, time dilation. I like disorienting auto loading empty vessel and auto loading bait and switch edge transit.
