Second thought, this looks very lovely, but is any of it locally owned? Are there any public beaches there? Or are all the beaches considered public even though the adjacent land is private? It looks like there were some local kids strolling by so I'm guessing that's the case (similar to Boracay, Philippines). Where do local Tanzanians stay when they go to the beach? I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS! lol

All beaches in Tanzania are public. There is no such thing as private beaches. Most properties are owned by locals. THE only way a foreigner can own a business or property in Tanzania, is if they partner with a local with the exception of the Fumba town and Soul projects.
