I don’t think the price is justified, for many reasons. There should be a limit to the price of a property(home), with regards to its location. Properties in some part of USA which are very prone to natural disasters, are often alot cheaper. If you are going to pay $10 million dollars for a property, you would want more than a well furnished edifice and beach view. You have to factor in availability of world class hospitals, good roads e.t.c in the city the property is located at. In a nutshell, for a home to be worth $10 million, the city of location, has to be able to offer an European standard of living. Otherwise, i will rather go for the $100k home

This is super nice and hope there has been a thorough study or research to know if there is a need for sea defence to protect the entire development. Also hope they used quality and anti rust materials because sea air is more moist and contains high levels of salt, which causes common building materials like metals, wood, cement and paint to corrode much quicker than they would elsewhere. Anyways, I see myself owning a property there in the next 5 years...
