i'd say cejudo has better take downs but aljo's ability to hold people down after a takedown is far superior

Let's face it aljo is an ace as well when it comes to wrestling and Henry as by no means a joke as well and could easier smash top 5 on his worse days but aljo did one questionable thing through out his career and saw an opportunity to get out of a fight and win the title due to him getting smashed and further humiliated on TV and such he ran with faking a title win till he can train actually win the title in a manner he saws fit or falls flat on the next fight.

I think he got surgery for his neck after that knee, regardless he does have a high skill level I don't know if he's necessarily the best though.
